MINICCI and Dreyer & Reinbold is having another TRACK DAY!
Join us Sunday July 12th for another track day at New Castle Motorsports Park. MINICCI members will have their normal members only time on the track! You need to be sure to send an email (events@minicci.org) or message through the forums to minidiver that you are planning to attend. All the other details can be found in the forums in the MINICCI events area.
July Gathering at Mudsocks Grill and MINICCI General Meeting/Board Elections
We are going to head to Noblesville once again to enjoy an evening at Mudsocks on the 13th. This months host/hostess will be Tom and Ann Fullenwidner. Once again please post in the forums if you plan to be there so they can get a head count!
Also, we will have our annual business meeting. There are several club board positions that will be voted on. If you are inerested in becoming a board member or would like to nominate someone please email or send a private message on the forums to Greg and let him know. His email is president@minicci.org.
Here is a list of positions that will be up for election and a brief description of what the duties would be:
Vice President (2 year term) Duties include: Assisting the President and other board members with their responsibilities when needed.
Secretary (2 year term) Duties include: Maintaining membership records, Sending email announcements to members, keeping minuets from board meeting and business meetings.
Events Coordinator (1 year term) Duties include: Scheduling events (gatherings, rallies, drives), coordinating events with the dealership, keeping up on other events club memberships might be interested in, keeping the message boards up to date on event information.
Membership Benefits Coordinator (1 year term) Duties include: Getting new members and renewing members their shirts/renewal items, keep track of club swag, replenishing swag when needed.
Peru Circus July 17th and 18th!
We will be going to the Circus and staying overnight Friday at the Knights Inn. Saturday morning we will be going to the parade that will celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the circus! Then in the afternoon we will be seeing what should be an exciting show performed by the kids of the circus. After the show we will head to a winery and dinner in Converse. It's sure to be a great weekend!
Take me out to the ball game.....Yes, we are going to the Indianapolis Indians game, August 10th!
Our August gathering is going to be at the Indians ball game. You need to get your ticket order in by July 20th. All the details on how to get your tickets, time, what's for dinner can be found in the forums in the MINICCI events area.
The Great Northeast Adventure #4!
Be sure to mark you calendar for this event, you won't want to miss it! Marv and Doris have been busy planning a great weekend in northeastern Indiana for us. There are 15 rooms blocked for MINICCI at the Hampton in Freemont, IN so be sure to get your room reserved. Additional information for the Hampton can be found in the forums!

You can get the new membership/renewal form from the "JOIN NOW" area of the home page. New members can join at any time and renewals are accepted starting in October.
We need you... There are a number of upcoming events that we need some idea of how many people are planning on attending so we can finalize our plans. It may not seem like much to you but it really does help and it only takes a second. All you need to do is email events@minicci.org or post how many on the thread on the forums... that's all. Please take a moment and RSVP to the events you plan to attend.

Remember Membership is good from January to December so if you haven't joined yet send in your application today. New members will recieve a club T-shirt and returning members get a token of appreciation for their renewal. Remember multiple members in the same household do get a discount (as you can see there are a bunch of two MINI families).
You ever wonder why a correct email address is important when you apply for membership? We send out updates and exclusives (like special track days) to the email address you gave us on your application. We don't do it often but you don't want you to miss our updates or confirmations. Make sure to unblock our emails, they are rare, but important.
